We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Administrative Assistant to support our Institutional Capital team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the team by providing administrative support, coordinating complex schedules, managing travel and expenses, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

The base annual salary range for this New York-based position will be $90,000 to $110,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
