SEEK is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning for their Technology & Enablement portfolio. This strategic role involves leading hiring for Technology, Product, AI, Finance, Business Services, People & Culture, and Corporate Strategy. You will partner with senior leaders to influence workforce decisions, boost direct hiring, and shape AI-enabled talent acquisition across APAC. The position combines leadership of a high-performing team with hands-on executive recruitment for critical appointments. As Head of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning – Technology & Enablement, you'll lead SEEK's largest and most strategically important hiring portfolio across Technology, Product, AI, Finance & Business Services, People & Culture and Corporate Strategy & Investments. You'll partner with senior leaders to influence workforce decisions, strengthen direct hiring capability and help shape the future of AI-enabled talent acquisition across APAC.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on recruiting for a small number of SEEK's most critical appointments. If you enjoy solving complex hiring challenges while leading and developing others, this role offers the opportunity to do both.
