They are seeking a Head of Growth to lead sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success, defining the company's market story, driving revenue, and building efficient scaling systems. This role is ideal for a hybrid commercial operator experienced in B2B or infrastructure startups, comfortable with both technical and commercial discussions, and capable of building high-performing teams.

Our platform, Lab, unifies compute, environments, evaluations, secure sandboxes, high-performance training, and deployment into one full-stack system for post-training at frontier scale - from SFT and RL to tool use, agent workflows, and continuously improving production models. We are building open frontier AI: open-source models trained end to end for long-horizon tasks like autonomous research, and the full-stack platform our own research team uses to build them. The next generation of AI companies, enterprises, and research teams do not just need more GPUs. They need the ability to turn their own workflows, tools, data, and feedback loops into superintelligence they own.

As Head of Growth, you’ll lead everything that connects our technology to the market — spanning sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success. You’ll define how Prime Intellect tells its story, close large-scale post-training and compute contracts, and build the systems that let us scale revenue efficiently. This is a high-leverage role combining strategy, execution, and team building — perfect for a hybrid commercial operator who thrives at the intersection of infrastructure and intelligence.
