We are seeking a Brand, Content & Creative Operations Lead to join our growing Brand, Content & Creative function. This role is responsible for making the creative machine run cleanly at tempo, without quality drop. You will manage the intersection of brand, content, and creative execution, turning priorities into shippable plans, managing agencies and freelancers, tightening briefing and approvals, and identifying bottlenecks. The goal is to build a sustainable, scalable, and compounding creative engine where taste and ambition reliably translate into shipped work. You will also introduce AI and automation into the workflow layer to increase throughput.

We're hiring a Brand, Content & Creative Operations Lead to join our Brand, Content & Creative (BCC) function.
tem is rebuilding the energy transaction, making it transparent and fair. We're scaling fast, and our BCC function is shipping more, across more surfaces, than ever. We need someone to make the machine run cleanly at tempo, without quality drop.
This is not a project manager for designers. It's an operator role at the intersection of brand, content, and creative execution. You'll turn priorities into shippable plans, manage how agencies and freelancers plug into the team, tighten briefing and approvals, spot bottlenecks before they become drama, and wire the cross-functional dependencies that make activations land on time.
You'll be the person who makes it easier for the team to do their best work, and harder for the organisation to create avoidable chaos. The output is a creative engine that is sustainable, scalable, and compounding, so taste and ambition translate reliably into things that ship.
