El practicante SENA en el área de soporte a usuario interno será responsable de brindar apoyo en la atención de los requerimientos e incidentes de los usuarios, garantizando un servicio oportuno y eficiente. Dentro de sus funciones, realizará mantenimiento básico de equipos de cómputo, así como la gestión, registro, asignación y seguimiento de solicitudes que ingresan a la cola de servicio (Remedy), asegurando su correcta atención y solución. Deberá mantener una comunicación clara y cordial con los usuarios, escalar los casos cuando sea necesario y contribuir al adecuado funcionamiento de los recursos tecnológicos de la organización. Se espera que el practicante cuente con una actitud positiva, disposición para aprender, compromiso y orientación al servicio.
