The Role

As Head of Key Accounts, you'll provide leadership for our strategic account management function across the Philippine market. Leading a team of Account Management Leads who oversee high-value client portfolios from high-potential SMEs to large conglomerates, you'll drive enterprise-level growth strategies, foster deep client partnerships, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This leadership role requires you to balance strategic oversight with hands-on mentoring to develop world-class talent advisors and consultative sellers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Account Management
    • Develop and execute enterprise-level account strategies that consistently achieve 100%+ of revenue and growth targets across the Philippine market
    • Provide executive oversight of strategic account plans, ensuring KAM Leaders deliver tailored solutions with measurable business outcomes
    • Lead high-stakes client discussions and negotiations to strengthen partnerships and build executive-level credibility for Jobstreet by SEEK
  • Team Leadership & Capability Building
    • Lead, coach and develop Account Management Leads and their Key Account Managers to become exceptional talent advisors and consultative sellers with 90% of the team performing at 100%+ targets
    • Foster a high-performance culture focused on growth, collaboration and continuous learning with 90%+ engagement scores
    • Demonstrate emotional intelligence and empathy to connect, motivate and retain top talent while developing 1-2+ succession candidates
  • Business Acumen & Growth Optimization
    • Establish enterprise-level KPIs measuring client satisfaction, retention and portfolio growth across all managed accounts
    • Drive data-driven decision making by analyzing Philippine recruitment market trends and account performance to optimize strategies
    • Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities that deliver both client success and significant business revenue
  • Organizational Impact
    • Serve as primary escalation point for complex client challenges while maintaining operational excellence across all account portfolios.
    • Align team objectives with broader organizational strategy, leveraging client insights to influence company-wide strategic decisions.
    • Partner with Sales Director to shape market approach and drive competitive positioning in the Philippine recruitment landscape.
  • Stakeholder Management & Organizational Impact
    • Serve as primary escalation point for complex client challenges while maintaining operational excellence and 90%+ stakeholder satisfaction
    • Align team objectives with broader organizational strategy, leveraging client insights to influence company-wide strategic decisions
    • Partner with Sales Director to shape market approach and drive competitive positioning in the Philippine recruitment landscape

  • Senior leadership experience managing multiple account management teams in complex B2B tech sales or recruitment environments
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving 100%+ performance targets, driving significant revenue growth and client retention in enterprise-level accounts
  • Deep expertise in consultative selling methodologies and solution-based account management
  • Strong understanding of the Philippine business landscape and recruitment market across SME to large enterprise segments
  • Exceptional coaching and development capabilities with demonstrated success building high-performing teams and succession planning
  • Executive presence with ability to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders, HR leaders, and senior decision makers
  • Strategic thinking skills with ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies that deliver measurable outcomes
