Airwallex is seeking a Senior Employer Branding Partner to shape how high-caliber talent perceives and chooses the company. This global role, with a primary focus on APAC and support for London and San Francisco, aims to attract qualified candidates, build technical credibility, strengthen employee advocacy, and control the candidate narrative. You will own the APAC employer brand playbook, create localized content, empower recruiters, manage digital footprints, and curate key recruitment events like VIP dinners, using data to drive impact and iterate strategy to meet hiring goals.
