We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented India Talent Acquisition Program Coordinator to support our India recruiting operations. This role will partner closely with recruiters and the Head of Global Talent Acquisition to drive operational excellence, ensure process rigor, and maintain strong communication across the hiring lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will play a central role in coordinating recruiting activities, assisting with offer approvals, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across the India hiring team.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate and run regular India recruiting staff meetings, including agenda setting, tracking hiring progress, and capturing action items.
  • Partner with recruiters to monitor requisition status, hiring activity, and pipeline health.
  • Assign new requisitions to recruiters based on hiring needs, capacity, and business priorities.
  • Ensure recruiting processes are followed consistently, with a focus on timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.

    Offer Process Management

  • Own and manage the India offer approval process, ensuring all approvals are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Review offer details for completeness and adherence to internal guidelines.
  • Partner with compensation, HR, and recruiting stakeholders to resolve issues and remove bottlenecks.
  • Track offer metrics (e.g., hires, approval timelines, acceptance rates) and highlight risks early.

    Reporting & Data Management

  • Generate and maintain regular recruiting reports and dashboards (e.g., requisition status, time-to-fill, offer progress).
  • Provide data insights to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure data accuracy across recruiting systems and tools.

    Stakeholder Communication & Escalation

  • Serve as a central point of coordination for India recruiting operations communication.
  • Proactively escalate risks, delays, or process gaps to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on action items and maintain visibility on key priorities.
  • Drive clear, consistent communication across recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners.

    Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, efficiency, and candidate experience.
  • Support implementation of standardized processes, templates, and best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to local compliance requirements, internal policies, and data privacy standards.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4–6 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting processes and lifecycle coordination.
  • Experience managing offer processes and approvals in a structured environment.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; experience with recruiting systems (e.g., ATS, dashboards).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
