ASML Shanghai is seeking a Customer Technology Manager to drive technology and business development activities in the China mainstream market. This role involves supporting customer roadmaps, enabling future products, and interacting with Business Lines to align product development with customer requirements. The Manager will demonstrate product performance and cost advantages in customer contexts, represent customer voices to the Business Lines and Senior Management, and ensure customer satisfaction with product performance and services.
Customer Technology Manager, to be based at Shanghai, takes charge of China mainstream market segments customers technology and business development activities.
- Supports customers’ roadmap Enablement for future products
- Interaction with Business Lines in product development roadmap to meet customer's requirement
- Supports in demonstrating product performance or cost advantage in customer context
- Represent voice of customer towards Business Lines & Senior Management on customer requirement
- Ensures customer satisfaction on products performance & service provided
Master degree in technical subject with substantial experience or equivalent working and thinking level. Optional Business Administration or commercial education. Experience in technical engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
Sound business acumen, strategic mindset and planning with strong execution drive. Effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to drive qualitative result.
