The Loan Servicing Mail Technician is responsible for processing returned mail, researching mail exceptions, and accurately managing loan servicing records. This role also involves document imaging, indexing, and ensuring compliance with record retention policies, while providing excellent service to members and internal stakeholders.
Pay Range: $18.65-$22.36
Remote Eligible: Hybrid

General Purpose of the Position
The Loan Servicing Mail Technician is responsible for the efficient processing of return mail, including research and resolution of mail exceptions, and the accurate management of loan servicing records. This role also involves document imaging, indexing, and ensuring compliance with record retention policies, while providing excellent service to members and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Six months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of Imaging Systems processes and scanning equipment. Able to use related PC applications. Knowledge of Credit Union computer system and other related computer applications. Ability to apply oral and interpersonal skills that develop member confidence, respect and trust in Credit Union of Colorado and develop cooperative relationships with all levels of people throughout the organization.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is typically required to sit for long periods. The employee continually is required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, and reach with hands and arms. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
