MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for their Reflections at the Marina location in Sparks, NV. This role involves a variety of maintenance tasks including grounds cleaning, appliance repair, painting, and apartment turnovers. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience, proficiency in multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), and a strong customer service focus. On-call availability is required.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!
