We're looking for a friendly, proficient, detail-oriented Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our Client Service team. Whether you're an experienced veterinary receptionist or someone with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn, we'd love to meet you. Veterinary experience is preferred but not required.

What You'll Do
As one of the first people our clients interact with, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for every pet and their family.
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
- Obtain and accurately document patient histories
- Process invoices and payments
- Verify vaccination status and required testing
- Communicate patient arrivals and treatment needs with doctors and technical staff
- Prepare prescriptions, diets, and over-the-counter products as directed by a veterinarian
- Maintain accurate medical records and client information
- Support the daily flow of the hospital to ensure an outstanding client experience
- Collaborate with teammates to provide exceptional customer service

- Veterinary reception experience preferred, but not required
