Introduction to the job

PWC solutions are designed to enhance hardware control and process stability during high-volume manufacturing (HVM). The product portfolio includes SMO (Source and Mask co-Optimization), NXE/EXE ImageTuner 1/2/3 (Wavefront optimization), EP-Emulator (Linear Fading impact assessment), cASCAL (Computational Application Specific Calibration), SPMA (Scanner Proximity Matching Analysis)

Role and responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize recipes and process parameters to ensure stable and efficient operation of Brion PWC products and SMO solutions at customer sites.
  • Support customers in adopting Brion products as baseline manufacturing solutions by introducing new products and advanced features.
  • Perform in-depth investigations and technical analysis of product functionalities to identify software bugs and recommend product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with customers and Brion US headquarters to provide effective technical support and deliver optimized solutions for customer requirements.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely technical resolution in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
  • Contribute to continuous product and process improvement through customer feedback and technical evaluation.

Education and experience

Experienced Bachelor's degree, Master’s degree or Ph.D. in:
  • Computer Science
  • Physics
  • Chemistry
  • Materials Science
  • Electronic Engineering
  • Related technical disciplines

Skills

  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Hands-on technical skills with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in dynamic and challenging environments
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems
  • Programming skills in Python are highly preferred
  • Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
