Morgan Stanley is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Business Partner to join the Business Infrastructure Office (BIO) in Budapest, Hungary. This role involves end-to-end process ownership, senior stakeholder management, and providing insights into infrastructure costs. You will partner with various departments, develop reporting, drive continuous improvement, and lead automation initiatives. The position requires 6-8 years of finance/accounting experience, strong communication, strategic thinking, and operational excellence.
We are looking for someone to join our team as a Financial Planning & Analysis Business Partner, taking a leading role within the Business Infrastructure Office (BIO) organization, with responsibility for end‑to‑end process ownership and senior stakeholder management.
The Business Infrastructure Office (BIO) within FP&A provides centralized business management, reporting, and coordination across infrastructure functions. BIO partners closely with Finance, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Technology to support strong governance, scalability, and delivery of firmwide initiatives. The role operates in a complex, global, matrixed Finance environment and requires strong operational execution, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive change at scale.
