Responsibilities include partnering with Sales, overseeing market changes' impact on clients, governing regional policies, leading client reviews, and maintaining strong governance with legal and compliance teams. The ideal candidate needs 15+ years in global financial institutions, 8-10+ years of people management, and experience leading client service functions. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being beneficial. Familiarity with global payments infrastructure and AI-enabled service models is also advantageous.
