The Service and Sales Specialist is an entry-level role focused on responding to customer inquiries via phone and mail, aiming to resolve issues and identify cross-selling opportunities. Responsibilities include providing customer service, participating in engagement campaigns, assisting with credit applications and transactions, analyzing reports, and processing various dealer transactions.
