The Co-op will join the Robotics department at the Seguin, Texas Schaeffler Automotive plant. You will collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams on innovative projects, gaining practical experience in robotic functions, PLC to Cobot interface, and CAD modeling. Responsibilities include developing controlled experiments, analyzing maintenance data for preventative plans, and implementing new robot use cases. This role offers a clear understanding of robotics in modern manufacturing and practical programming experience.
The Co-op will be assigned to the Robotics department in the Seguin, Texas Schaeffler Automotive plant. In addition, the Co-op will collaborate closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams on a daily basis, contributing to a range of innovative and technically challenging projects. This role is an excellent opportunity for a working student to gain practical experience alongside their studies.
