The Alternate Missions and Space (AM&S) Directorate within the Advanced Effectors & Space Sub Strategic Business Unit, a part of the Advanced Technology (AT) SBU is looking for a highly motivated finance professional to lead the management and oversight of a Sub-directorate with expected revenues exceeding $1.0B in the LRP. The candidate will partner with Program Management, Functional Leads and Finance Leadership to ensure flawless program execution through cost & schedule control, disciplined EVMS implementation and compliance, and capture competitive future franchise programs.
Key expectations include directing program controls teams responsible for contract execution and managing the associated investments. Ownership of quarterly EAC development, deliver of CDRLs and implementation of Earned Value Management according to contract terms, RMD policy and process description. The qualified candidate will also partner with proposal teams to capture competitive proposals and continue to grow the sub-directorate. The right candidate will be an integrated part of a fast-paced sub-directorate where strategic thinking, tactical execution, multitasking, and initiative are key requirements. The effective candidate must be able to work independently, be self-motivated, and comfortable with new challenges. Good communication skills are a must, along with the ability to effectively interact with multiple layers of leadership and make recommendations for appropriate solutions.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
