Rohlik is seeking an Operations Manager to lead one of its core fulfillment center shifts. This role involves managing a team of Area Managers and associates, overseeing shift-level performance in safety, quality, productivity, and cost. You will ensure operational readiness, develop talent, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to support scalability and customer satisfaction. The position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and experience in operations or logistics.

The Fulfillment Center operations team is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused performance across all warehouse activities. We drive excellence in inbound, outbound, inventory, and process control to deliver customer satisfaction while enabling sustainable scalability.
