We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Lead Divisional Resource Planner in Strategy and Governance to drive strategic workforce planning, governance, and resource optimization across a global Technology organization while partnering with senior leaders to align talent strategy with business priorities.

This is a Lead Technology Leadership & Strategy position at Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for driving innovation, developing technology roadmaps, and providing vision and strategic direction to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives, fostering a culture of excellence, growth and transformation across the organization.
