The Injection Molding Operations department at LEGO Manufacturing Virginia is a pivotal part of the production process, responsible for crafting the iconic LEGO® elements that inspire creativity worldwide. This department integrates cutting-edge technology and innovative practices to ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. By fostering collaboration across various functions such as Engineering, Automation, and Quality, the team drives operational excellence and continuous improvement.
As a Production Group Leader, you play a crucial role in supporting the broader organization by leading this dynamic department. Your leadership ensures seamless operations, optimal resource utilization, and the development of a skilled workforce. By aligning production goals with LEGO's strategic objectives, you contribute to the company's mission of delivering exceptional products that delight customers and uphold LEGO's reputation for excellence.
Do you have what it takes?
A degree or technical training in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or Automation is desired. Experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within injection molding or highly automated environments.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $104,327.00 - $156,491.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
