This role, reporting to the SVP of People Technology, will serve as a strategic People advisor to senior Technology leaders. Key responsibilities include shaping long-term people strategies aligned with technology priorities, acting as an internal human capital consultant, leading strategic planning, and building data-driven insights using analytics and GenAI tools. The role also involves driving process improvements, managing leadership meetings, and supporting Technology workforce planning. This is a hybrid position.

Job Description
Visa is seeking a Technology People Strategy & Operations to join the People team. Reporting to the SVP, People Technology, role acts as a strategic People advisor to senior Technology leaders and People Business Partners, ensuring strong alignment between Technology’s priorities and the broader People team strategy. This leader will drive Technology’s people strategy with expertise in human capital consulting, workforce planning, people analytics, and GenAI-enabled insights. The role requires strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and operational excellence, with the ability to set direction and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhDU.S. Applicants Only
The estimated salary range for this position is $170,700.00 to $ 273,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Travel Requirements
This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements
