What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for medium complexity programs, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive scope and change management, facilitating accountability through regular team meetings and follow-ups.
• Utilize performance tracking tools to assess program health, focusing on key metrics to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify, quantify, and manage risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
• A solid background in project management or related fields, showcasing a proven history of successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
