As the Store Manager for Reebok in Williamsburg, VA, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver a world-class customer experience while achieving sales and operational objectives. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of store operations to ensure achievement of sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a motivating and supportive culture.
  • Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Manage store inventory, including stock levels, shrinkage control, and replenishment to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect brand identity and enhance customer experience.
  • Analyze store performance metrics and implement action plans to address areas of opportunity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards including safety and loss prevention.

  • Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll, and budgeting.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent retail management experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a sporting goods or athletic footwear/apparel environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing budgets.
