We are seeking an experienced, trustworthy, and professional two-person team for a long-term position at a private luxury villa in Montenegro. The team will be responsible for maintaining the property to the highest standards and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the household. Responsibilities include housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, property maintenance, garden care, driving, and pet care for both the main residence and occasional assistance with nearby properties. The ideal candidates will have exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and a proactive approach.
We are seeking an experienced, trustworthy, and professional two person team for a long-term position at a private luxury villa in Montenegro.
The successful team will be primarily based at the employer's main private residence and will be responsible for maintaining the property to the highest standards while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the household.
The employer also owns a beach house and several nearby rental villas, all located within a 10 km radius of the main residence. During the summer season, the team may occasionally be required to assist with the preparation, maintenance, and upkeep of these properties. However, their primary place of work will remain the main private residence.
The primary responsibility of both positions is the day-to-day care, maintenance, and presentation of the residence. We are looking for individuals who take genuine pride in their work and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and a proactive approach to housekeeping, property maintenance, organization, and overall household management. The ideal candidates will be reliable, discreet, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of service in a private household.
