TrellisWare Technologies is seeking a hybrid/remote Sales Engineer to provide technical expertise. Responsibilities include sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance. The role involves assisting the Business Development team, assessing product applications, preparing specifications, and building mini-applications to demonstrate feasibility. The Sales Engineer will also provide product capability assessment, validation, and follow-up support, working closely with customers from pre-sale through delivery and installation. A strong understanding of Army tactical network infrastructure and seamless integration of TrellisWare products with customer systems is required, along with the ability to troubleshoot network performance issues.

Our Customer Support Team is seeking a hybrid/remote Sales Engineer. You would be responsible to provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products. Assist the Business Development team in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions. May build a mini application based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid product demo for client. May provide product capability assessment and validation. Ensures that the product application/solution is functioning according to specifications. May provide follow-up support to company sales account managers and customer personnel by disseminating technical information on specific applications. Works with the customer from prior to the sale, through delivery and installation. In depth understanding of Army tactical network infrastructure. Ability to seamlessly integrate TW products with other customer systems and maximize network performance. Capable of analyzing, troubleshooting, and fixing network performance issues through monitoring and troubleshooting systems.
