The Role

Veeva is one California based leading IT system, data solution provider in the life science industry. With the vision and expectation of China marketing, Veeva made a big push into Shanghai in 2011. The booming business of China Veeva are inseparable not only from Veeva’s product success but also the employee success at Veeva.

This role will be producing deliverables throughout the full lifecycle delivery of Veeva application to a wide range of Life Sciences clients. Most time you will have responsibilities for requirement analysis and solution design of the project.

What You’ll Do:
  • Managing projects resources, timelines, cost, identify critical path/ dependencies to drive project forward and ensure quality execution and implementation
  • Serving as the critical bridge between internal and external product stakeholders and software development teams
  • Gathering business and technical requirements in a manner that drives the right conversations upfront to meet needs while limiting rework
  • Able to lead the implementation and successful delivery of China CRM AI Agent
  • Possessing business and technical knowledge to communicate effectively with customers
  • Having an analytical mind to ensure they have a complete picture of the client's software needs
  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders with strong negotiation skills
  • Acting as a liaison with end-user clients during the development of software requirements, designs, and test procedures
  • Possessing excellent problem solving and analytical skills to provide optimal solutions
  • Writing and maintaining useful documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Helping create Requirement Traceability Matrices from test procedures back to requirements and customer specifications
  • Delivering implementation solution in the fields of commercial in life science, such as analysis of customer requirements, provide proposals to resolve the customer demands in delivery process or support team in pre-sales phase.
  • Requirements:
  • A bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science or life Science Industry
  • Above 8 years’ experience in IT or system management role
  • More than 3 years’ experience in the Life Sciences
  • More than 5 years’ experience in customer facing experience
  • Familiar with mainstream AI technologies.
  • Knowledge in product implementation process
  • Strong customer service skills and communication skills.
  • Open minded and team spirit; excellent innovation capability
  • Smart and eager to learn new things, ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Commercial and business awareness
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal in English
  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
  • Ability to stick to time constraints
  • Excellent facilitator and communicator
  • Familiar with agile processes and how to work well with a scrum team
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience in CRM or Events products/solutions
