AIA Company Limited is seeking a Senior Associate for Whistleblowing & Investigations. This role will advise on and support the implementation of Group Case Management and Investigation Standards, Whistleblowing, and Anti-Fraud Standards across AIA Group. Responsibilities include case management, governance reporting, overseeing the CMIS system, supporting anti-fraud initiatives, developing reporting, providing guidance to Business Units, and enhancing program frameworks. The position involves stakeholder management and supporting awareness campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in compliance, investigations, audit, legal, or risk, with strong analytical and judgment skills.

About the Role
• Advise on and support the effective implementation, oversight, and ongoing enhancement to the Group Case Management and Investigation Standard (CMIS), the Group Whistleblowing Standard (WBS), the Group Anti-Fraud Standard (AFS); and all supporting SOPs across AIA Group and BUs, including case management, governance reporting, oversight of business unit case matters; process applications for non-termination under the AFS , and stakeholder engagementRoles and Responsibilities:
