The Customer Service Senior Analyst role is a client-facing position within CitiService, focusing on Custody and Third-Party Lending operations for a Platinum international client. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, ensuring SLA adherence, driving operational excellence in securities processing, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). The role requires identifying and implementing process improvements, analyzing root causes of client queries, and contributing to strategic initiatives. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Math, or Management is required, along with senior experience in global financial institutions, particularly in Custody Operations or securities processing. Experience in cash management, financial services, and business analytics is preferred, as is proficiency in data analysis and AI concepts.

This critical client-facing role, based in Dublin and part of our strategic global hubs (Kuala Lumpur, Dublin, Tampa), is dedicated to providing proactive and exceptional service to one of Citi's Platinum international clients. You will be responsible for meticulously managing client inquiries received via various channels, ensuring strict adherence to SLA turnaround times, while also driving operational excellence across securities processing.
