What you'll be doing
As a Client Service Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting our Senior Relationship Management team by providing day-to-day administrative assistance for a range of high-net-worth client accounts, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, investment management accounts, IRAs, and foundations. You'll act as a trusted partner to Client Service Managers, serving as their primary point of contact for client servicing needs. Your responsibilities will include preparing materials for client meetings, arranging new account packets, opening new accounts, and maintaining accurate records. You'll research client inquiries and ensure timely resolution, run client statements, tax reports, and ad hoc reports, provide documentation for clients’ annual reviews, and complete special projects as needed.

At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 for the Chicago, IL market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
