We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Strategy & Revenue Growth Management Intern to join our team. This role is designed for students interested in strategy, analytics, and commercial excellence, who are looking to gain practical experience in a fast-paced business environment.

The intern will support strategic and analytical projects aimed at identifying growth opportunities, improving customer understanding, and enhancing revenue management capabilities. Working closely with experienced professionals, you will assist in data analysis, market research, insight generation, and the preparation of recommendations that support business decision-making.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills while gaining exposure to real-world business challenges and revenue growth initiatives.
    • Support the development and implementation of revenue growth initiatives and strategic projects, contributing to business performance improvement efforts.
    • Assist in the analysis of customer, commercial, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
    • Contribute to the preparation of analyses and recommendations aimed at enhancing revenue growth and customer value.
    • Work closely with consultants and project teams to support the execution of strategic initiatives for clients.
    • Support the evaluation of growth initiatives through data analysis and performance tracking, helping identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, conduct research, and contribute to business and customer analytics projects.
    • Assist in the development of pricing analyses, revenue forecasts, and commercial recommendations under the guidance of senior team members.
    • Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate insights and support decision-making processes.
    • Participate in market research and benchmarking activities to identify industry trends and best practices.
    • Help clients leverage data and analytics to better understand customers, identify growth opportunities, and support business transformation initiatives.
    • Contribute to project deliverables, presentations, and client materials while developing analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills.
    • Learn and apply Revenue Growth Management and strategy methodologies in real business environments, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of projects.
    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related STEM discipline, with an expected graduation date in 2027.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in working with data to support business decision-making.
    • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R through academic projects, coursework, or personal initiatives.
    • Interest in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), strategy, customer analytics, business performance, and commercial excellence.
    • Ability to think critically, structure problems, and contribute to the development of solutions to business challenges.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings and insights clearly to different audiences.
    • A collaborative and proactive mindset, with the willingness to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
    • Curiosity, creativity, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic consulting environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
    • Previous internship experience is not required; however, participation in academic projects, student organizations, case competitions, or extracurricular activities involving analytics, business, or strategy will be valued.
