About the Role

岗位：渠道总监

主要职责：

主要负责与辖内网点核心管理人员建立良好关系，通过培训辅导和复盘总结，落实团队下辖人员管理工作，达成既定的团队业绩目标。

• 负责与合作银行支行和网点层面的沟通；
• 负责区域团队建设，做好团队的有效增员，帮扶下辖渠道支持经理（BDM）成长，提高团队活动人力及人均产能等过程性指标；
• 做好团队的日常培训和辅导，提升团队人员专业及业务支持技能；
• 落实公司和渠道阶段性营销策略，制定本区域推动配合方案和行动计划，达成目标；
• 负责团队合规管理，根据公司品质管理办法要求，管控团队内各项保险业务服务品质指标。提高团队合规经营意识，监督管控保险业务服务动作；
• 根据公司要求和业务发展需要，配合渠道策划和执行各类客户活动；
• 下属团队管理，包括活动量、渠道管理、业绩等；
• 按公司规定参加培训及会议，完成活动量管理工作。
• 完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职基本要求：

• 大学本科及以上学历，若从业经验丰富及专业能力较强，可放宽至大专学历；
• 年龄18周岁（含）-45周岁（含）之间；
• 通过公司和监管要求的相关培训及资格认证考试；
• 3年及以上银保渠道服务经验，其中至少2年银保团队管理经验，BDD3.1及以上职级要具备至少5年银保团队管理经验；
• 熟悉保险及金融业务知识，具有CICE保险证书、LOMA证书、AFP证书、CFP证书、RFP证书、税务规划师或官方认证的其他保险专业证书优先录用；
• 具有较强的沟通协调能力、专业辅导能力和培训能力。
