LEGO is seeking a Senior Director, Global Head of B2B Branded Channels to lead global certified store operations. This role involves developing commercial models, expanding the global footprint, championing retail excellence, and delivering training for B2B Branded Channels including LEGO Certified Stores and Travel Retail. The successful candidate will manage a team, foster partnerships with 60+ partners, and ensure global brand integrity across 900+ stores. This position is based in either Singapore or Copenhagen and offers hybrid work arrangements.

Core Responsibilities
We are looking for a franchise management business expert to drive commercial success, sustainable growth and operational excellence for our B2B Branded Channels (LEGO Certified Stores, stores within the Merlin estate and Travel Retail), shaping and driving our global partnering business worldwide. Your responsibilities will be along the full value chain including:
As the Global Head of B2B Branded Channels, you will be part of the Global Commercial Development Leadership team. The channel is on an exciting journey, becoming increasingly brand-led, mature and data-driven. This is an area with momentum and a team with ambition, resilience, and drive.
