A remote Customer Service & Admin Assistant is needed to manage the entire customer communication lifecycle for a Veterinary & Logistics Recruitment department. This role will handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, SMS, and chat, manage appointments, maintain CRM data, and assist with franchise admin tasks. The position requires 3+ years of customer-facing or admin support experience, proficiency with CRM systems like Zendesk or Salesforce, and a professional home office setup. This is a remote, work-from-home position with scheduled hours and defined compensation.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (PST, CST, EST) |
Compensation: $1,250 USD/month first 90 days, $1,500 USD/month after
