About Get Blue

Water.org is launching Get Blue – a global movement to help bring safe water and sanitation to millions. It connects brands, creators, and consumers to turn everyday actions into impact.

Built to accelerate and amplify Water.org’s proven and scalable solution, Get Blue embeds giving into products and experiences—partnering with companies like Gap, Amazon, and Starbucks to help bring water home.

About the Role

As Marketing Manager, you will support the "what" and the "why" of the Get Blue campaign. You will partner directly with your counterpart, the Marketing Operations Manager (who owns the "how" and the execution), to form a powerhouse duo. Together, with the Head of Get Blue, you will manage creative agencies, direct cross-channel strategies, and build co-marketing campaigns with some of the world's largest brands.

This is a highly visible, strategic role for a marketer who understands how to tap into cultural moments, craft compelling stories, and build winning marketing campaigns with massive corporate partners.

  What You’ll do

Brand Strategy & Campaign Development

  • Partner with the Head of Get Blue to define campaign strategy and creative direction, translating fundraising and awareness goals into clear, compelling briefs
  • Lead the development of integrated, multi-channel campaigns across social, paid, PR, and creator platforms
  • Bring a strong storytelling lens to all work, ensuring the human impact of water access remains central to campaign narratives

Integrated & Partner Marketing

  • Lead marketing strategy for co-branded campaigns with major corporate partners, embedding giving into consumer experiences across retail, e-commerce, media, and digital channels
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans across social, influencer, paid media, and PR
  • Identify opportunities to expand reach through partner activations and brand collaborations, and support partnership pitches with creative concepts and campaign frameworks

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with internal teams to bring campaigns to market efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality creative and integrated media strategies
  • Ensure alignment with broader marketing efforts to maintain brand consistency and maximize amplification
