Raytheon’s Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center is seeking a motivated System Integration & Test Engineer to support radar capability development. What You Will Do
- Assist executing, and documenting system integration and test activities for a radar program in a laboratory environment.
- Perform hands-on testing and integration of hardware and software, with a focus on systems running Linux-based operating environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues related to software, hardware, and operating systems under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to identify and address technical challenges.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, procedures, and reports in accordance with program requirements.
- Support system-level test readiness reviews, test execution, and post-test analysis.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and program-specific processes.
- Willingness to support 5% domestic travel
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and less than 2 years of prior experience.
- Experience with System Engineering.
- Experience in MATLAB, Python, Shell scripting, or other programming languages.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with test equipment and tools such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and data acquisition systems.
- Understanding of X-Band radar systems fundamentals.
- Knowledge of electronic hardware configuration and installation, software installations on hardware devices, network configurations, operations of software in String/HWIL facility,
- Knowledge of RF systems, radar signal processing, and real-time systems.
- Knowledge of system security concepts and tools in Linux environments.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
