The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has at least 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns and building websites on various platforms. Responsibilities include campaign optimization, lead quality improvement, website development, and analytics to ensure lead generation.
