dmg media is seeking an HR Advisor Support to provide first-line HR support across the business. This role, based in Leicester with potential travel to London, involves supporting the HR Advisor with employee relations, family leave, and sickness management. Responsibilities include assisting with grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, processing involuntary leavers, and managing HR systems like Workday. The position requires strong communication, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills, with HR system knowledge being essential. This is a full-time, permanent position.

About the Role
To support the HR Advisor with providing first line HR support to all areas of the business across DMG to implement best practice employee relations, policies and procedures. Based in the Leicester Office, the role will report to the HR Advisor. There will be a requirement to support the wider HR Business Service Support team. The role may involve some travel to include our London office.
