Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the Workspace Monetization team. This role involves leading complex, cross-functional programs focused on AI-powered productivity and the commercial strategy for billions of Workspace users. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end customer lifecycles, including value capture, usage limits, purchase flows, and reducing churn, while also contributing to core infrastructure for metering and billing.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Our team is responsible for the end-to-end customer lifecycle journey in Workspace. We focus on developing value-capture strategies, managing usage limits, mitigating abuse, optimizing purchase flows, and minimizing customer churn for millions of global businesses. Building core infrastructure for metering, billing, and invoicing based on SKUs and resource consumption. Modernizing our enterprise administration platforms, advancing mobile administration tools, and deploying AI agents and assistants to streamline IT operations. Building robust auditing and reporting platforms, deploying AI-driven diagnostics, and designing seamless migration and onboarding pathways for enterprise and small business customers.
