Nscale is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Systems Integration to translate business objectives into actionable workstreams. This role is responsible for requirements engineering, business process analysis, integrated program planning, and delivery coordination, ensuring alignment across engineering, construction, commissioning, operations, and IT. The position owns the documentation, planning, and execution framework, maintaining project schedules, requirements traceability, risk registers, and executive reporting to drive accountability.
The Technical Program Manager serves as the operational integrator for the Systems Integration organization, translating business objectives, operational requirements, engineering constraints, and technical strategies into executable workstreams that deliver measurable business outcomes.
This role is responsible for requirements engineering, business process analysis, technical documentation, integrated program planning, Operational Readiness (OR) tracking, governance reporting, and delivery coordination across all Systems Integration initiatives. Technical Program Manager ensures engineering, construction, commissioning, operations, Business Operations, AI Infrastructure, and Information Technology remain aligned throughout the lifecycle of every integration project.
The position owns the documentation, planning, governance, and execution framework that enables engineers to focus on technical delivery while ensuring every initiative is traceable from business requirement through design, implementation, testing, commissioning, operational acceptance, and transition into steady-state operations.
As the central program coordination function within Systems Integration, this role maintains project schedules, requirements traceability, risk registers, decision logs, governance dashboards, Operational Readiness scorecards, and executive reporting while driving accountability across multiple concurrent workstreams.

The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.
