The Boeing Company is seeking a Quality Production Specialist for its 787 Material Review Board Designee (MRBD) Team in North Charleston, South Carolina. This role involves reviewing product non-conformances, analyzing product quality, conducting failure analysis on aerospace components, and managing quality initiatives to improve production. The specialist will also train employees, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective actions. This is a 100% onsite, full-time position on the first shift. Experience with engineering drawings, data analysis, Excel, Velocity, and MRB activities is required.

In this role, you will review and validate product non-conformance, perform analysis to evaluate product quality, and conduct failure and forensic analysis of aerospace components. Additionally, you will train and mentor fellow employees, perform root cause analysis, develop corrective/preventive actions, and Project Manage quality initiatives to support 787 production improvements.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.
