The Private Equity/Private Funds Client Service Team seeks a Senior Analyst to provide client service and operational support for Private Equity funds. Responsibilities include onboarding, managing client inquiries, overseeing fund administrator relationships, and producing client/regulatory reporting. This role requires strong client service skills, detailed orientation, advanced MS Office proficiency, and Series 7 and 66 licenses. The position is based in New York City with a hybrid work model.
The Private Equity/Private Funds Client Service Team is a niche coverage group providing client service and operational support for the firm’s Private Equity funds. The team’s mandate is to partner with various internal teams, as well as external fund administrators, to provide our private fund investors with consistent client service experience. This requires a deep understanding of the product as well as operational process flow oversight and execution. The Client Service Analyst’s scope of work will include ownership onboarding client’s day-to-day management of client inquiries and requests, management of our fund administrator relationships, and production and dissemination of client/regulatory/shareholder services reporting as well as investor communications. The Analyst will be an integral part of the Client Service Team performing various operational and client service functions as described below:

The salary range for this role is $80,000-$95,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
