The Lead Engineer, Manufacturing will shape global manufacturing processes for Data Center Liquid Cooling (DCLC) products. This role involves developing, industrializing, and standardizing assembly, leak testing, brazing, welding, machining, and inspection processes to ensure consistent quality, competitive cost, and scalable growth. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and at least five years of multi-plant or global manufacturing engineering experience, with proven success in standardizing complex mechanical or thermal systems. Strong knowledge of Lean, DOE, SPC, and PFMEA is required, along with a global mindset and excellent analytical and collaboration skills.
As our Global Manufacturing Engineer for Data Center Liquid Cooling (DCLC), you will shape how advanced liquid-cooling products are built across our global manufacturing network. You will develop, industrialize, and standardize the processes that enable consistent quality, competitive cost, and scalable growth.
Your impact will be visible in capable new-product launches, common production standards, reduced process variation, and factories and suppliers that can replicate proven manufacturing systems with confidence.
You'll collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, plant leadership, and global suppliers while taking ownership of industrialization, process standards, capability, and continuous improvement.
