About the Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for our technology product organization, supporting talent needs across India and the MEA (Middle East & Africa) region. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can partner closely with hiring managers, understand complex technical requirements, and deliver high-quality talent efficiently across multiple geographies.
The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of regional hiring dynamics. You will play a critical role in building diverse, high-performing teams while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers across India and MEA to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer closure across multiple geographies
- Source and attract top talent through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across India and MEA markets
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using structured and competency-based assessment methods
- Provide informed recommendations and market insights to hiring managers
- Drive offer discussions, negotiate compensation, and ensure timely closures
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience across all touchpoints
- Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases
- Stay updated on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring practices across India and MEA
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and drive operational excellence
- Promote fair, unbiased hiring practices aligned with Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Wellbeing commitments
Essential Skills & Capabilities
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or similar roles
- Strong expertise in sourcing and networking, particularly via LinkedIn and digital platforms
- Experience hiring across India and/or international regions (MEA exposure is a plus)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, hiring metrics, and labor laws
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday)
- Strong interviewing skills including behavioral and competency-based techniques
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and strong confidentiality standards
- Effective negotiation and influencing skills
Experience Required
- 6+ years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience within a technology product organization
- Experience hiring for technical and/or corporate roles in a global environment
- Experience supporting hiring across India and exposure to MEA markets preferred
- Prior experience working within a People/HR team, with understanding of HR policies and the employee lifecycle
