The Equity Capital Markets (ECM) - TMT Banker - VP position is a senior role focused on assisting clients with capital raising in the capital markets and providing strategic advisory for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. The role involves acting as an intermediary in trading and serving as a strategic advisor, formulating investment strategies, and raising capital for clients. Responsibilities include managing transaction execution, new business development, and client guidance through the capital raising process, including due diligence and offering preparation. The role also involves M&A advisory and overseeing junior team members.
The ECM - TMT Banker is a senior level position responsible for assisting clients in raising funds in the capital markets, as well as in providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and other types of financial transactions in coordination with the Institutional Banking team. The VP Banker also serves as an intermediary in trading for clients. The overall objective of this role is to act as a strategic advisor to our clients by formulating investment strategies and raising capital for clients.
