Visa is seeking a Sr. Manager, Commercial Sales Executive in Shanghai, China, to drive the expansion of Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) in the China and Greater China markets. This role involves developing and executing strategies, managing existing opportunities with client relationship teams, and seeking new business as a key lead. You will also manage partnerships with B2B Fintechs and technology majors, requiring strong engagement with senior internal and external stakeholders. A minimum of 10 years of business development and client management experience in commercial payments or banking is preferred. The role requires a hybrid work model with at least 3 days in the office.

Job Description
Reporting to Head of Visa Commercial Solutions, China, this person will work closely with the CMS Greater China team as well as Hub CMS product team in Singapore. Performance metrics will be a mix of financial metrics (such as payment volume, revenue, new program launches) and non-financial metrics (such as net promoter scores from Visa clients, employee engagement survey, delivering innovation engagements). The position requires effective engagement with senior leaders and peers across internal Visa as well as with external stakeholders, regulators, clients, and partners.
Responsibilities:
