Ontic is seeking a Senior Events Manager to manage events as a growth lever, integrating brand, community, and pipeline. The role involves setting strategy and executing end-to-end event planning across various formats, including trade shows, hosted experiences, executive dinners, and the Ontic Summit. Key responsibilities include developing a repeatable event engine, ensuring a consistent brand experience, and driving measurable outcomes through event data and AI tools. The successful candidate will own event strategy, planning, execution, budget management, and build strong cross-functional alignment. A significant part of the role involves owning the Ontic Summit, evolving it into a premier industry event. The position requires strong program management skills, experience with B2B event marketing, and familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and event platforms.

Ontic is looking for a Senior Events Manager who treats events as a growth lever—where brand, community, and pipeline come together in real life. You’re equally comfortable setting the strategy and getting hands-on in the details to deliver excellent experiences across event formats. You run end-to-end planning and delivery across internal teams and external partners, with high energy and clear ownership. You bring a methodical and data driven approach to fast-moving, high-stakes moments—and you raise the bar on what “great” looks like for the attendee experience.
