Juniper Square offers employees a variety of ways to work, ranging from a fully remote experience to working full-time in one of our physical offices. We also have physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time.
We’re looking for a high-activity, results-driven Sales Associate who thrives on outbound prospecting and the challenge of building pipeline from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone who loves the hustle of sales - picking up the phone, crafting creative outreach, and driving meaningful conversations with prospective customers.
You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through a mix of research, outbound engagement, and event participation. Working closely with Account Executives, you’ll strategically target accounts, identify decision-makers, and create qualified opportunities that lead to real growth.
The ideal candidate has a strong “activity drives results” mentality and a genuine passion for connecting with people. You’ll combine strategy and execution, from researching accounts and leveraging AI-driven tools to representing Juniper Square with professionalism, curiosity, and enthusiasm. Compensation for this position includes a base salary, commissions, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
