Eliot is seeking an Assistant Director of CBHC Urgent Care and MCI Programs. The ideal candidate is a Licensed Clinician with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-quality, community-based behavioral health services. They possess strong clinical judgment and proven leadership in urgent care or crisis settings. This candidate excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to culturally competent, person-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in managing the daily operations, administration, and clinical functions of Urgent Care and MCI services across both CBHC locations.
- Support the implementation of the Urgent Care and MCI services vision including developing systems to ensure immediate access to services and transfer of services to CBHC.
- Assist in the development and implementation of systems to monitor service delivery and utilization of supports for Urgent Care services.
- Provide direct supervision to direct reports within Urgent Care services.
- Provide leadership, support and clinical guidance to all staff supervised in accordance with CBHC policies and procedures across both CBHC locations.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a current Massachusetts independent clinical license including LICSW, or LMHC
- Must have strong clinical skills with at least 5 years of experience working with people with severe and persistent mental illnesses and/or children with mental health disorders.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience providing supervision in a mental health setting.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
This is a fully in-person position that supports our programs in both Lynn, MA and Danvers, MA. Employees are expected to work at either location throughout the week based on program and operational needs. Candidates must be willing and able to travel between both sites as needed.
This is a temporary position expected to continue through August 1st, 2026.
