A1 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support end-to-end recruiting for product, engineering, and business roles. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone early in their career looking to learn technical hiring best practices. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support, while maintaining ATS data quality and contributing to recruiting projects. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and maintaining candidate records. The role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, comfort with tools like Google Sheets/Excel, and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset. Prior recruiting experience is a plus but not essential; attitude and execution are highly valued.

Our product focuses on achieving high reliability for long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion. The system must handle multi-step reasoning, interact with external tools, and remain reliable despite non-deterministic model behavior. Our objective is to help users complete tasks daily enjoyable with over ~90%* reduced time.
You will support end-to-end recruiting for A1’s product, engineering, and business roles.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring moving smoothly and accurately. It’s a good fit for someone early in their career who wants to learn how high-quality technical hiring actually works in practice.
(Prior recruiting experience is helpful but not required. Attitude, curiosity, and execution matter more.)
